Cork’d is a new website that follows the social bookmarking/tagging user-friendly website theme that has become very popular over recent years with the likes of Del.icio.us and Ma.gnolia. However, there is a difference – it’s all about wine. Sounds interesting….
“You can use Cork’d to catalog, rate and review wines you’ve tasted. You can also keep track of wines you’d like to try and buy as well as subscribe to what your buddies have reviewed. It’s a new way to discover and share wine”
The website looks great with a nice colour scheme of cream, brown and dark red – and some good typography/fonts.
I think Cork’d will be a big success. My only question is, how did they get that great domain name?!

Hard day at work, opened another bottle of my favourite red, then thought I’d review it on Cork’d. http://corkd.com/people/ed. - I knew I saw the site somewhere.

Yes, it’s a great website. I don’t drink (as) much wine (as I should) though.
PS Thanks for the heads-up re URL link.
