CSS showcase websites
Interested in looking at other CSS website designs? There are several ‘showcase websites’ that do this job.
The Screenspire website features website screenshots in a nice gallery/slideshow format.
The daddy of them all is CSS Zen Garden. There are some fantastic designs here from leading designers. Remember, each of these designs was created with the same basic HTML page. You’ll be amazed at the differences that CSS can produce.
StyleGala also showcases CSS designs but it has a lot more as well. News items are regularly posted. There’s a CSS reference list and a CSS bookstore. Great site.
I really like the design of the Web Standards Awards website
(even though it uses a rather narrow width) and it highlights some top quality websites every month.
These websites are also a great way of finding other web design blogs.
