A short description of the image on the right. The image is floated right within a paragraph that has a background colour. This text is quite short and the image 'sticks out of the bottom' of the containing paragraph.
In this case, the coloured background paragraph clears the floated image because we have used overflow:hidden. It looks much nicer, we think... and we have not used an additional clearing element just to clear the float.
